Teresa Sager has been a resident of Southeast Ohio since
coming to Ohio University in 1980, where she studied Art and
Photography. She is constantly inspired by her rural surroundings,
the landscapes, the people, the animals, and the homes.
She focuses on capturing the sweetness and the soulfulness of
her community in her paintings using mainly watercolors and
encaustic medium. She has been a member of Starbrick
Cooperative Gallery in Nelsonville, Ohio, since 2011, where she
sells her art.
