Dr. R. Constance Wiener, DMD, PhD is an Associate Professor who
teaches dental students in Dental Practice and Rural Health. She has a background in public health, having worked with Indian Health Services, and having completed her Doctorate in Public Health in 2012 at WVU. Dr. Wiener is dedicated to patient care, student education, public health, and dental research. She enjoys painting, textile art, knitting and crocheting, and writing.
